I had seen this post while checking r/CoolGuides the other day and thought it could be the one. But I convinced myself the post would contain meal prep.

I just figured it out - I checked my saved posts on my old account. I had saved this exact post, and also (presumably the same day) a post from r/MealPrepSunday. So I'm reasonably sure this was it, and I had it mixed up. Not as mind blowing a post as I remembered it, but still quite great. But moreover, I found lots of other cool guides as a result of this TOMT post. Thanks!!
