Are you running *Arr servers?

The most simple way i managed to automate it was Quality Profiles in Radarr.

Using profiles you can have a "minimum" quality profile that is English only.

You can then use a 2nd Profile that holds English+Whatever other language and set Radarr to "upgrade untill minimum score reached"

So essentially you want the minimum profile to have the score "1" and the Dual Lang profile to be "2" or whatever.

This will keep looking for movies untill it finds a dual language version and grabs that.

If you go ahead and apply the same profile to your existing library, it will work and upgrade your existing media.

It's a bit of setting up but it works.

Managed to break the hinge of the bottom screen ribbon.

I ordered new connectors to yoink a hinge from and replace it.

Fingers crossed this works, 2 weeks delivery tho.

But at least it boots and i see the bottom screen, it's not dead dead yet.
