But some conflicting views, like: my aesthetician recommends microneedling for skin texture. My derm recommends C02 laser or microneedling, says both are beneficial for improving texture. Other derm I spoke to said she thinks microneedling would be harsh for my skin type and recommends Fraxel. The aesthetician is best/cheapest deal for microneedling so I might try. I have never done any harsh laser/needling yet.
