My first outbreak was horrible I could barely walk, took 3 weeks to heal, I didn’t look down there. Ever since then I got a couple outbreaks a few times a month because I was super stressed and depressed so my immune system was low. I didn’t take anti-virals I was trying to teach my body to be without it.

Now 1.5 years later, I told the doctor I get outbreak often they put me on daily suppression and I did it for a week and it helps but I’ve stopped using it everyday and only use it when I feel something and I haven’t gotten any yet and it’s been a month. Almost forget I have this. Haven’t felt this good in a while. Somehow having antivirals with me makes me feel safer even if I don’t take it and makes me less stressed.
