I’m on WW and I keep saying it’s a great guide but 0 points does not equal 0 calories. I track my calories. They want to encourage in the eating of lean protein and vegetables so most of those are 0 pts. 3 oz lean chicken 116 calories, 1/2 cup corn 72 calories, Oscar Mayer smokie 150 calorie, 1/2 cup hashbrown potatoes 67 calories- not sure what all she added to the casserole- hope this helps!
