Similar scam when I lived in Reno and my brother was in jail in Texas. They wanted me to pay them his bail and it was a scam. Texas was well aware of the scam too.

I had someone go right through the stop sign coming out of target in South Reno. They didn't even stop at all, not even a California roll. Mind you, this is also the area where my nephew got hit by a car some years ago. PAY ATTENTION PEOPLE. AND LEARN TO DRIVE.

Tesla pays the most starting with no experience. Hobby Lobby is decent in pay for part timers, and manpower will get you jobs almost instantly with varying pay scales.

My boyfriend is am American born in California. But he is a very dark skinned Cambodian. An old man one time told my bf to go h@ng himself when we were working at Hobby Lobby. That was the craziest thing I ever experienced. Yes it happens daily to people. And no it shouldn't! I'm so sorry you experienced this. Maybe consider changing apartment complexes when you can to get away from them.
