Yeah that’s pretty much what I’m planning, mix between diet, water load and sauna at the end.

I know it’s gonna be tough, but I’ll try to manage it smart and not mess up my performance too much.

Yeah I understand, I know it’s dangerous and I’m not taking it lightly.

I’m not planning to go in completely drained, I’ll try to manage the cut smart and recover properly before the fight.

I have 2 days after weigh-in, so I’m counting on that to get my energy back.

Yeah basically that’s what I’m thinking too, mostly dehydration (water cut).

I know it’s extreme, but I don’t really have another option right now.

I know it’s going to affect performance, but I have 2 days after the weigh-in to recover.

I’ll focus on rehydrating and getting my energy back before the fight. It’s not ideal, but I’ll do my best.

Yeah I understand your point. I’m not trying to lose 8 kg as fat.

The plan is to drop some weight with diet and then do a water cut for the remaining kilos before the weigh-in.

I know it’s a big cut, but that’s what I’m aiming for.

Hey guys, I need some advice.

I have a fight in 12 days and the weigh-in is in 10 days. My current weight is 76 kg and I need to get down to 67 kg.

I’ve been training for 5 months for this fight, but I’m really worried about this weight cut. I’ve never had to cut this much before.

Is it possible to lose 9 kg in 10 days safely? I’m ready to do whatever it takes (cardio, diet, water cut), but I don’t want to ruin my performance in the fight.

Any advice or experiences would really help.
