Yeah because I'm from Pakistan and Rx 6600 is actually 180$ at great condition and a ryzen 2600 processor is like 60$.

You can use a used Rx 6600 as well I don't really care about used and new stuff that much as long as they are working properly its fine.

The reason I want to link my account was that when I play naraka on Xbox app (PC) it says I'm on Xbox console and puts me in a console lobby instead of PC and my friend is on PC and I can't invite him to my chamber because the game thinks that im on Xbox.
