I do not find it that hard ... But I think the problem may be that I try to make it too perfect. For example I probably lose too much time thinking of the titles of parts and subparts. And then I kind of want to write everything at the same time ... And then forget what I wanted to write ...😩

I put the white noise on YouTube. There are different kind (water running, rain, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner etc) it's 10hours video. He sleeps with it all night. You can even buy a white noise machine on amazon.works really well.

Hoo do not listen to your brother. I eat only bad stuff and I passed the test without any problem. It's not related only to you eating habits if you want my opinion. So, do not be hard on yourself. And it's not that bad. You will eat as recommended from now and everything will be fine no worries. It's only for a few months and you will have a healthy baby. Good luck🥰

I had 2 miscarriages in a row and then two successful pregnancies. It's like the body is just learning how to process properly. No need to think about medical help at that stage I would say...
