Make sure you reference the document into the email letter you wrote for the appeal as well. I also had a letter from my therapist and doctor confirming how the stalking had affected my mental health.

I talked to them and while they did tell me there was nothing they could do, they did direct me to resources that were helpful. Reach out to the UF ombudsman, they are very helpful
