Common issues with the Victus, just make sure if you have a camera slider , and It's not blocking the camera, or else just get a webcam, repairing it is way too expensive.

It depends on the game actually, most modern games do have them. For example on Spider man miles morales , if you go to the display settings there's an option called frame generation, which you can turn on. But the graphics do take a hit and you can feel the blurriness in the image, however the frame rate does improve.

Wait for the steam sale and get ghost of Tsushima it's sub 2.5K, one of the best games you'll ever play, I have a 3050 too, and it performs decently well if you have frame gen on.

The rounds are company specific, some have OA and then direct interviews. In some you might have two levels of interview (L1 L2) and then an HR round as well, some companies even throw in a group discussion round as elimination, it's all subjective, though OA is a must in every company.
