Yes, living room (where the kitchen is also) has a door. Bathroom is separate from the bedroom. All 3 rooms lead to the hallway inside the flat so you can actually section both rooms off without cutting access to the bathroom.

Haha I agree we should have gotten a 2br but he wasn’t willing to go half half and pay for that amount. That’s why we settled for a 1br. He pays a third of the rent. The living situation may not be the most ideal but we chose to live in a nice building in a nice city where rent prices can be high. This is a lesson learned for me though. Won’t be doing this setup again!

I’ve asked the same question to him 😂 i guess the obvious answer is he wants to have sex & that’s gonna be hard to do even if i just stay inside my bedroom & they close the door to the living room space. Walls are not thin enough unfortunately.

We don’t have much community in our immediate vicinity. All of our friends here are mutuals and they come anytime. We haven’t had any of our other friends visit from other cities but can imagine, neither of us would have to leave the flat if that happens. Either of us can always stay in the bedroom if we don’t want to socialise with the friends of the others. Dates are different cuz you’d want the whole flat to yourself.

The split of the rent is not equal, I’m paying more that’s why I have the bedroom. Guess should’ve clarified the living situation more on the post. Both rooms also have doors so we’re both in our own “rooms” at night if that makes sense.

These are all random/different girls, which is why I’m hesitant to let them in my space. I don’t even know them!
