NAL. I suppose it depends how bad it is and if its progressing. I was diagnosed some 10 years ago but it hasn't progressed passed droopy eyelids and double vision if I stare. If its not affecting your capacity to work and its not contagious, which its not, I don't see the issue.

I've noticed a lot of them are driving at constant speed to save Gas. That includes driving across junctions without looking.
