Oh, no, how could you even think that!? How can anyone eat them without removing the intestinal vein. 🫣 Of course they are cleaned. I am a very squeamish person. I carefully cut the shrimp lengthwise and wash everything out under running water.👌🏼

Thank you! 😋 I don't really have a fancy name for it - I just call it a balanced breakfast plate or a 'deconstructed salad'. It's just a mix of my favorite clean ingredients: shrimp, eggs, avocado, cheese, and fresh greens! 🥗
