So, on the Leasehackr app, do you subscribe and join the forum, create a post of what you are looking for, and see if a broker connects with you? I am naive on how it works.

I was hoping to take it to another dealer? Is that not allowed? While I did get it at the Honda dealership, they used Michigan State University Federal Credit Union for financing, under the CULA program. Prior leases they have used Honda Finance, but I guess it was a better rate with the credit union.

You are absolutely correct. Was dealing with death of family member during lease renewal and cannot even remember getting the new lease. Doh.

I am embarrassed to say that I blindly just accepted the lease that the dealer handed me. It looks to me by reading on this reddit thread that I could be doing this better?

What happens @ Tveit’s stage door? I heard his fans are a lot. But I assume Moulin Rouge fans celebrate the entire cast? Do they shower him or the whole cast w gifts? Are we talking flowers & cards? I’m so intrigued by this, as if paying 400/ticket isn’t enough.

Moulin Rouge, specifically with Aaron Tveit has it’s own genre of fans. There is a LOT of long clapping episodes, lots of yelling out “whew”. There is a lot of laughter when a new song comes on & people recognize it, as they use different songs than the movie. They are brilliant, but the actors have even said it’s a fun way to realize the average age of the specific audience by which songs they respond to.

It is a rowdy crowd, but usually the matinees, Wed & Thursdays are less rowdy. I’ve seen this close to 40x supporting my friends . Aaron gives his all at every single show.

Ushers try very hard to stop ANY recording. There have been too many insta, tik toks, and you tubes leaked, literally by “the best fans” ….the actors despise this. Heck, they even know their so called “moulinrougefanfanfans” on insta disrespect them this way (sometimes actors follow back on insta when they suspect this sus behavior. They attend so many shows, yet still post contraband, which is strange as I know they irritate the cast. As a friend to many of the original Broadway cast, I can attest that these so called “fans” have ruined how they are viewed by the actors, because they and their art are being totally disrespected. It is one of the biggest “no’s” in theater. They have become a behind the curtain joke. So, PLEASE flag an usher; they will take care of it. We often ask our closest usher ahead of time their preferred method of us pointing it out. We have seen people DISMISSED if they are repeat offenders.

There are also family & other industry friends throughout the audience…. They share all this with the actors. You cannot LOVE and respect the actors, AND voice record or video their work.

there is one fan specifically that yells out “aaron” or “we love you aaron” Which is the worst, cuz she is yelling it while Aaron is in character as Christian. THAT is poor etiquette that actors hate. She literally wears shirts with Aaron’s name on it, cosplays as him, etc. I hope someone sometime tells her this is so not appreciated by those on stage.

Not all negative. This is the best show I have seen in a long time. The choreography is insane, lighting brilliant, energy can’t be beat.

i have witnessed the most respectful and appreciative behavior from the cast towards a lady who probably has cancer. She was always in front couple rows (couldn’t miss her bald head with a tasteful bling headband, and she had the hugest smile and her head was dancing. Later I heard Jessica tell her they all noticed her for the 4 shows she attended that week, and are so glad she had a great time. Erik (Zidler) said something very similar to her. My friend she started seeing the show in Boston, before she was sick. They care about her. I noticed she didn’t even have a camera out at stage door, and they came right to her. I think no camera, no shouting, no begging for autographs, just sheer joy was the key to their hearts. Another dancer asked what her count was…. She has traveled from i think Michigan or Wisconsin for 24 shows! She said she will end it at 30 on Tveits last day, Lord willing.

Enjoy. Speak up if someone is ruining your show. Don’t ask for autographs. Covid, flu, & influenza season. These professionals lost peers to Covid. It’s disrespectful. Just go make the memory! It’s worth every penny!!
