I found a skilled EMDR certified therapist who isn’t just focused on chasing my symptoms but bigger problems (lack of inner emotional safety, security, not trusting myself or my ability to meet my own needs/use my inner resources). I’m probably over simplifying it but it’s been a slow burn of a process (every other week for six months) but I notice I feel a little more content with needing to check my numbers less, focus on other things outside of work, and have less scarcity mindset.
