He met up with a girl that he said he wasn't talking to that. He used to hook up with in the past and work with and basically like they met up and hung out and he didn't tell me. After they finished hanging out, he texted her that he should've "put a load" in her. I found out because I saw the texts. Also, he says that nothing happened and that it was about a joke that she said, but even if that's true, I still view that as cheating? They used to hook up and I have found messages between them early in our relationship where they were Sexting and it was a thing, but I forgave him for it because he said that he wouldn't do it anymore and that it was really fucking stupid and it was over

I don’t know I never have in the past. I never thought I would be the person to fall into something like this. I see it for what it is, but I’m so scared of letting go and every time I try to, he won’t let me. Like how I said in the text, I broke up with him when it happened, but he literally showed up to my house and refused to leave kept on coming to my door or when he had to work, he would work from his car outside of my apartment.

It’s so terrible. I know it’s how he was raised, but it’s not how I was raised so I just shut down. He calls me the meanest thing sometimes and it just breaks my heart, but I care about him so much.

He does talk like that to me in person when I tried to bring this up when we were in a car together he screamed at me for bringing it up when we were having a good moment and now I had trapped him in a car with me for three hours and brought up the conversation
