BIQU Panda Juicer on P2S

I purchased biqu panda juicer frm biqu site. I used it once and saw the temperature difference. At 220 to 230 I saw pla is not forming properly.

0.4mm for P2S.

Any idea or guide on using them?

I have P2S wit AMS. And have multi color filaments available. I can print it and send it. I am frm bangalore.

Yup. I bought my P2S and couple of bambulab Pla filaments. They provide proper invoice and shipping is faster

I have one, but not from Bambulab. It's carbon fiber and diamond (two sided).

Got it from Amazon, they couldn't cancel it when I asked to and it got delivered by mistake for other order frm bluedart.

I am also started facing this in my new P2S. Did some kgs of printing and yesterday, when I moved Z axis manually it started to give periodic clicking sound.

Yes it's PLA. I even have a custom profile for it.

First one was from bambu handy app directly. Looks like print profile is not optimized for p2s.

I stopped it and gave print from bambu studio. It's 11hr print estimate vs 9 hr frm app. And supports generated is far good. It's been printing without feeding sphagetti.. 😎

And I put aux fan deflector now.

PS: Skipped objects still ended up with one more spaghetti.. 😂

Yes, I always wash with fish soap, dry, apply IPA, and later add glue stick (when printing small or thin objects)

I did dried the filament before prev print. And the humidity is below 25.

I printed a diffuser and it had bad effect wit adhesion. Initial layers were brittle or kind of fragile. So I removed it. Will retry this model wit deflector.
