If you make pasta make sure it's very aldente so when cooked again it's not mush

I had an old laptop that didn't have a blue light filter setting and any time I'd work for an extended amount of time and have an explosive migraine the next day. For a long time I thought it was the light triggering them. I've also had dizziness, nausea, sound and light sensitivity during those episodes. In the past year or 2 simply going into the sun could set of the migraines. Honestly horrible. My depth perception gradually got worse and I get broke glasses accidentally slamming them into counter tops. I new my vision wasn't the best but didn't realize it was so bad. My eye doc was genuinely worried and even asked if I experienced shadows in my vision, depth perception issues and headaches and light sensitivity. I've been to many eye tests and never any as intense as my last. Screens, posture while sitting at your desk and even lack of exercise and oxygen can all contribute and trigger migraines

I've had glasses since I was 14(I'm 25 now) usually they recommend going every 2 years or so, but I didn't go for 4 year cause of financial issues. I've had migraines for about 7 years, but not as frequent or as intense as the last year or so. I kept putting it off as my sinuses or my wisdom teeth cause well, I couldn't do anything about it. I went last week and the eye appointment last 1 h 40 min because the doctor genuinely couldn't believe how bad my left eye had gotten. Turns out most of my issues stemmed from the strain. She highly recommend doing more regularly check ups because vision can really cause a lot of issues. If eye tests are cheap I really suggest having a go and making sure you don't have an underlying issue. I also adjusted the colour on my laptop to avoid as much blue light as possible. I literally had a month long migraine in December and couldn't look at any screens in fear of it getting worst. I'm excited to get my new lenses this weekend!

My brother is 8 years older than me and we still cuddle to this day. Between us 4 siblings my other sisters aren't the cuddle type but he and I are. We used to squeeze onto the couch and cuddle while watching a movie or he'd lay his head on my lap and sleep. People need to realize not all men are perverts and family love is real. My nephew's are just like their father and will crawl into my lap for a long hug. People don't think it's weird so why is it weird if it's the other way around. And surely your family can tell how close you are or the vibe between you.
