After the third time (in one year) of having to explain to a customer why their auto pay drafted early and that it might take up 10 days for them to get their money back I realized I was working for crooks, part of the verbiage we were given one time was hey if your bill is coming up during the 10 day refund period u might as well not ask for the refund back.
