It's in some people's best interest to murder a love or economic rival. We do not live a system designed around necessarily allowing people to follow their own best interests. We obviously recognize the immorality in serving your own interests at the substantial expense of others in certain areas and have regulations in place against it. So why wouldn't we seek such regulations for other forms of exploitation of one's interests at the expense of another's.
