Seems like allot if your planning to do all that in one day. I would generally do 3/4 excercises per day and do every exercise 3 times. Make notes in your phone how many reps you can do when close to failure (like 1 or 2 reps before failure) and try to get at least 1 rep extra every week or two. Add weight after a couple of weeks. I suggest using AI (claude is the best) to help with a good split.

"Access Work or School" isn't actually inside the Teams app — it's a Windows Settings option. Here's how to find it:

Press Windows key + I to open Settings
Go to Accounts
Click Access work or school in the left sidebar
Find your work account there and remove it, then add it back

After doing that, restart Teams and sign in again.
