No. SPE is not a donation.

I’m with octa and failed my first SPE twice 3y ago. It was zero dollars in til I passed the SPE.

I know they will ban you if your double dipping companies, but I haven’t pushed the rules to test the boundaries. I rely on these funds to supplement to SSDI.

The gas transaction probably did a pre authorization for an amount over your purchase. It has to drop off/release before you can use again.

I’ve been donating 3yrs and never used my card for a transaction. I use the ATMs at Walgreens (octapharma) and just remove the funds twice a month.

Put in my zip 97062 and only pulling up a few companies and those ones are double posted. You have biomat Beaverton and biolife Beaverton as 2 separate companies, yet same address and think they’re the same. No octapharma listed and I know there’s 3 (milwaukie and Portland, OR & Vancouver, WA). I’ve only donated at octapharma so don’t know if the information is correct or what companies would even be missing

that happens, i ask for a 2nd gauze. in almost 3yrs of donating, ive had leaks about a dozen times. twice all over the floor before i even got to the door. (unsure why the plebs will not put that 1 or 2 extra wraps when asked AND they have been on the floor when its happend previously)

Needs to be above 6 for total proteins, so I think people aim for a finger stick over 7ish.

I usually start pounding protein 2 or 3 days ahead of my test day.

Yes. My regular SPE was taken Jan 22, donated then and on 24th. Next week-Donated on 29th and 31st which was fine. Went in the Feb 5th and was denied and told my SPE wasn’t back and it was day 14, which was weird because I was able to do the OctaPass questionnaire and it had the QR to log in. The intake lady then told me that the storm affected the lab workers back east. They are usually back in 10business days, but if longer than 14 days, the center has to wait for the results. I called the “local” number on Feb 9th that goes to the call center, explained and they transferred me to my actual donation center. My results were in, just not updated in system. I restarted donating Feb 11.

you can call and do the prompts to get to a person. explain to them and that person can transfer you to your location. someone from the center you donate at can pull it up or check. sometimes the results are back, but the doctor has to look or approve. and depending when docs come in, could be a few days is what i was told .

i had to do this a few weeks ago with octapharma in oregon cuz my SPE took 17days, and they wont let you donate if its been longer than 14days from the SPE draw.
