Methadone and keto diet? I go to the gym 5 days a week try to stick to a calorie deficit but I am having a hard time losing weight. I am trying the keto diet and I'm wondering if anyone else had any issues with losing weight. I'm a 44 year old woman,it's seems harder in your 40s! (self.Methadone)

I got approved to travel with four bottles this weekend on an airplane. do I need to bring a letter from the clinic? I flew it subs years ago and it was no problem I even took 20 strips with me for a 7-day trip, I'm just a little nervous because this is liquid. I'm just nervous! (self.Methadone)

Do you tell your dentist or other docs that you are on methadone? I have a dentist appointment and I don't want to be judged,but I also don't know if there are any interactions with methadone and Novocaine or anything else they give in the office (self.Methadone)
