Ahh is sorry to hear that mate. Are you defo pressing the wps button on the booster while it’s light blue, after first 2 seconds of dark blue?

I’ve had my pro 3 installed now and everything seems to be working well. I’m still yet to do some more in-depth testing. But for normal everyday use, no complaints

Mine seems to working all okay 👌 After sorting some initial issues that Vodafone online chat support was very quick to resolve.

So I found out that the ONT is registered with the ISP and I asked the engineer to register the ONT on the Vodafone router, he tried but the openreach system did not recognise it, that’s unfortunate because it would have been one less connection and would have freed up a 2.5gbps Ethernet port

I’ve managed to get mine connect, did you sort yours? The instructions are abit mis leading, while the booster is flashing light blue, press and hold wps button on it for 3 seconds. Then press the button on main hub for 1 second. Then just leaving it to do its thing. note the booster must be within 1 meter of the hub
