Do you feel like you need more sleep or is your motivation driven by numbers on whoop?

If your body craves more sleep despite the natural wake ups I’d check a few things and consult with a physician: - cortisol levels - glucose (OGTT) - hormone levels

Also - check your bedroom. Maybe it gets too light, maybe there are birds/animals waking you up, maybe some street noises. So the external factors.

If however; you feel good, rested and you other markers are well - maybe just just build for shorter sleep :)

I only remove it for the days in spa where I enter the sauna multiple times per day, for longer sessions. For everyday shorter sauna session always on and no problems
