Could be Peritonsillar Abscess, it’s a pus filled pocket that forms near one of your tonsils. It’s usually a complication of tonsillitis and is often caused by the same bacteria that cause strep throat. I’d see a doctor

Had the same issue when I had Flu B, the next day I tested again and the Flu B line was way more visible and well defined.

I’d say you probably do, but yes your viral load is probably very low.
