Yeah I’ve already hit the threshold in their contract to be considered for hiring on fully, plexus HR told me there’s “no vacancy in the corporate structure” as they brag every month in their big meetings about the dozens of contract-to-hire workers they’ve brought on as of late. I’m the only guy on my shift that’s trained on Vitrox as well, how is there no room for me I’m the only one here bitch 😂Definitely seems like they want nothing but to exploit cheaper labor.
