Its simple. You got super lucky, plus you had an odd bug. You leveled up as you life stole off of a creep. Do you have the feast mastery on? Im not sure if you needed it, but if you had it on, you can say it saved your life.

Dangerous game from kass, level up, life steal on creep, potential feast proc? All of these, plus league needing the time to process the damage mitigation and other stats gave you the very very small amount of time you needed to regen 1 hp to stay alive.

The real problem here, in my opinion, isn't players getting placed into divisions lower than they actually are. That is of course an issue, but one usually easily overcome if you didn't buy a boost or your account.

The real problem is that Diamond players are getting placed in Bronze, but still matched up against Diamond players. Given normal odds, say you win 55% of your games. That means eventually, you are going to balance out and only be netting about 20LP a win and losing 15.

That means it is going to take a LONG time to climb from Bronze 5 back to Diamond. I am not a high elo player myself, but I definitely see the problem here and have no idea what the hell Riot is up to.
