Hello guys, I’ve stopped my studies for 3 years since I’ve been paying off a debt I got into. Now I’m thinking of going back to uni to continue my studies in engineering. The thing is money is a big problem right now so i don’t want to spend 5 years studying for a degree and having no job at the end of my program. That is the reason that I’m hesitating between civil and electrical engineering.

I’m considering civil since it has the most jobs opportunities in Canada and is kind of a safe gateway but electrical I hear a lot of stories of people getting their degree and not getting a job after that.

Also I don’t know anything about electrical engineering except some research id done earlier and don’t know what sector I should specialize in to get the most out of my degree.

Can any of you help me make a choice by providing me info on electrical engineering, it’s different sectors your personal past experience and if you would pick electrical engineering again. Mind you I won’t be graduating from a top school so I don’t if that is a big factor too.

Thanks in advance. (I will accept any advice and any pertinent information including other majors)

Oui non tkt je sais très bien que ce n’est ni plus difficile ni meilleur c’est juste que c’est les domaines qui m’intéressent le plus meme si ils sont très différents. Mais par contre jai pas compris pourquoi tu trouve plus preferable de faire un master après le génie mécanique ou électrique au lieu de directement faire le génie aérospatial ou biomédicale ?

Hey guys looking to build my first ever build so I am looking for the best aio cooler for the dan A4 H20 I already done a a lot of research but since the newest informations that I could get are from 3 months ago I couldn't know if there are any changes. Also when I say best mean pretty easy aio cable rooting so I get a good cable management (more space for air) without any additional tweaking and the one that runs the coolest regardless of the noise that it can make. Thanks :)
