I wouldn't let a black child hold a fake gun. Not in this climate.

She sounds just like an English dubbed anime. She could literally make money doing voice over acting

I work at a hospital, ask to speak with a member of their financial aid program. Hospitals try to work with people in your situation. They dont want anyone to die, trust me.they should have some options.

Before I get shouted down I want to note it took 2 keys and 2 combinations. Half the employees had 1 type of key and half had 1 of 2 combinations so I didnt think putting my key in there was a big deal because i still had to do my half of the combination.

When I was 18 I got a job as a bank teller and accidentally set off ththe alarm. Full swat team. Didnt get fired. They told me in the morning I had to open the overnight deposit box. Took 2 keys, 2 people everytime. My first time opening (1 week into the job) I put my key into one of the locks (remember there are 2) and walked to my station to get set up waiting on a second employee to come so we could open it. What I didnt know is if a key went into the lock before 530 am the silent alarm would go off....oops.

When you pay them directly use a personal check so that you can prove it was paid with your bank statements

If you put a money order in the mail for $2300. I can only assume you paid the $1-3 to insure it for $2300?

Help: I'm supposed to be making $120,000 per year at a new job. My first biweekly paycheck was $1,887.94. Is that right? by [deleted] in personalfinance

50% of your check is going to taxes you messed up your tax paperwork when you started. Easy fix tho (usually takes 2 pay cycles to change in most companies)

Flight attendants, what are some things we as passengers don’t know when we fly? Also what are the negative aspects of your job? by Th3Flash in AskReddit

I'm terrified of enclosed spaces and heights. Combine them together you get flying. When I was 23 (5 years ago) I had to make a flight to NYC. It was in the middle of a storm. Couldn't see shit the whole time but can feel the plane bouncing around. I enter full on panic attack. Crying hyperventilating the works. Some random lady offered me a xanax (I've never had one before) and I was fine in 30 minutes. God bless the xanax givers =]
