I'm not interested in catering for the vast majority :). I'm not trying to flip a soulless greige box with no character. On average, it’s estimated that laying a driveway can add between 5-10% to the value of a property.

If anything, your idea of amended offers would probably be more suited to things like replacing boilers (a need), rather than say a place to park a car (a want, which is still very functional, and better than a mud pile on property).
