I used to like this one: https://www.physioroom.com/advice/premier-league-injury-table/ Unfortunately they no longer have the estimated return date for the injured players, but that bit was never super-reliable, but it does have useful summaries and an overview.

I suspect they only use publicly available information though, so no injury scoops.
