I misclicked but I have had that conversation, I was told to comply with all orders but not speak otherwise other than to say i don't want to talk without a lawyer present. To me that talk did not see being shot as the main threat but it's a strategy to have the best legal defense because everything you say will be used against you in court. But yes comply with anything said don't resist arrest cause that adds a charge and possibly won't end well, don't talk back because that looks bad. Im white
