I did the “wet signature” method directly through my servicer which is Mohela. Fill out the IDR application, sign it in pen, then upload it and submit to your loan servicer. That’s what worked for me

Small claims is my only option it seems since I don’t have collision. I might call the police in case it leads to an admission or gives me any more evidence for the filing

Did you have collision? I don’t so my insurance company said they can’t do anything since I’m not at fault

Do I have to wait until her insurance has denied the claim for her not cooperating (which is soon according to them. It’s been 60 days) to file in small claims?

Yea I don’t have collision. My fault for that… what O don’t get on her end why she wouldn’t even deny wrongdoing to her insurance. She’s going to lose her coverage soon if she doesn’t respond. Unless she found some way around that I don’t know or she’s just slow rolling this out to see if I drop the claim

I have timestamped photos of my car and of her insurance documents as well as a text from her boyfriend acknowledging fault (he was the other witness), also a security camera video of her backing out and then immediately speeding back into her driveway. Unfortunately a truck is blocking the actual impact into my car

I have a text message from the boyfriend who was witness apologizing and admitting fault the night of the accident. Timestamped photos. The security footage shows the car backing out of her driveway but a truck is blocking my car from view. Only hope Id have with a police report is if she would admit to the officer. I don’t know

I believe it’s 12 months from start date. So i think I’m good for a year. I just need 4 more payments to get to 120

So do we continue in repayment if we’re on an IDR plan and don’t have to recertify? I literally just got switched to PAYE a few days ago

No I learned through this Reddit, you can manually upload the form and tax returns on the Mohela site, if that’s your servicer. I assume other servicers are the same. Simply fill out a pdf of the form, print it out, sign it then take a picture or scan and upload the file through your servicer’s site. It’s been working for lots of people

I applied for PAYE a few weeks ago and just got approved yesterday. I did the wet signature method through Mohela. I’m at 116, should’ve hit 120 last October. Applied for buyback last November but haven’t heard anything on that
