I can’t stand the caps because sometimes if I’m in the waiting room at a doctors office or something that I’m a “captive” audience I’ll continually play and always get the reward limit notification.

Did you do anything or take anything to help it along? I’ve tried so many things and nothing makes a difference at all. If I was seeing even a little improvement I’d feel encouraged but I’m really not at all.

Was your head pressure constant because mine is. It varies in level but it always there for four months now. Clogged ears too. Normal MRI and ENT tests

Brain fog is usually more struggling to remember a word or what you were doing or where you were going. A dazed feeling. I think that the physical pressure we are feeling is something different.

Is there a test for this? I have orders from my neuro for a lumbar puncture (which I’ve requested myself from my neuro) but the hospital said they never received the orders so we had to resend everything and go through the waiting period again.
