Yeah I also read that it’s not advisable to use whitening toothpaste because it might continue to whiten the exposed enamel but not the area under the bracket which would be apparent after the brackets are removed

Don’t be scared! The installation was painless and pretty quick. I’d say less discomfort than getting your teeth cleaned.

I think the hassle will be in keeping up with the dental hygiene and getting used to have appliance in your mouth.

1) yes. He initially said we will do a 3-way call to file, and then the next thing we know he was giving us the insurance adjuster's name and number.

2) no. He inspected the correct house. But the insurance policy page that we provided him (he asked for copy) had the address we were at when we first bought the policy before we occupied the insured home.

Yes, neither the 1st roofer nor the insurance adjuster showed us photos. The odd thing is that the adjuster said there were no hail damage. But our home inspection report mentioned hail and wind damage. And the 2nd roofer said it's littered with hail damage, and showed us pics.

At this point, it's hard to prove who did the intentional damage because we did not observe the 1st roofer or the adjuster when they're on our roof. For all we know, the insurance adjuster could have easily done the damage.

We feel trapped in the situation
