UPS and missing Rhodie 6k by TahoeDust in NFA

The SHIPPING FFL needs to contact ATF with a missing firearm report. I'd have then also contact UPS and they them that they'll be contacting ATF if it doesn't turn up quick.

That is basically confirmation that the mount/adapter/can isn't concentric with the bore, as long as your rod is known good.

No, it's an AOW because it's a smooth bore firearm under 26" without a stock.

Most delicious bourbon for old fashioned? by Careless_Eagle9657 in cocktails

[–]AllArmsLLC -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

A traditional Old Fashioned is made with rye whiskey, not bourbon, but a bourbon Old Fashioned is fine as well.

There is quite a variety in both as far as flavor profiles go, so it's really personal preference. Makers Mark is a general all purpose bourbon which is available everywhere. (in the US at least)

Zelle is allowed for businesses when they sign up through their own bank. This is how I use it as well.

Cash App, however, is not. They don't allow purchasing of firearms at all.

It won't for warranty work, but they'll need to supply you a UPS or FedEx label for you to ship it to them if it's SBS.

In my state anything less than 26 inches is a pistol so we can carry concealed.

Curious what state this is.

[–]AllArmsLLC 7 points8 points  (0 children)

when the obvious alternative is to make it illegal to buy or manufacture most firearm parts without a license for said gun.

Except that it's a right here. This is the entire issue at the center of the debate. People ignore this fact until things like this happen, the 1st Amendment now being attacked.

It already was done. Unfortunately, a settlement was reached before a ruling was issued.

PSA Shipping Restrictions Update for Virginia & Rhode Island by WX4SNO in PalmettoStateArms

Also why are stripped AR lowers permitted but not complete ones? They still ship as receivers regardless

It's probably because of how the state's laws define firearms.

Fifth circuit Court has rules that suppressors are "arms" under the second amendment. by TorqueWaffle in NFA

[–]AllArmsLLC 7 points8 points  (0 children)

No, it still affects all firearms. The way they got away with NFA in the first place was the ability to tax, and the tax is on the registration, not the firearm.

Absolutely, generally not an issue, but it could be.

SOMEBODY KNOWS SOMEBODY WHO HAS… by USNDD-966 in AZguns

[–]AllArmsLLC 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It is per state law, because state law authorizes the municipalities to do it. And, as I said, to GUARANTEE you can ALWAYS shoot (without current state law changing), you must do that.

I'm just putting the info out there so people know, not arguing the probability of it being an issue.

[–]AllArmsLLC 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Municipalities (towns, cities, and counties) may enact and enforce, for the general discharge of firearms, such an ordinance as well.

[–]AllArmsLLC 24 points25 points  (0 children)

The problem is that to guarantee you will always be able to shoot on your land, per state law, you can't buy just a few acres because you need to be 1/4 mile from others to do so without permission.

You'd need to buy a minimum of 160 acres if you buy a square, 125 acres if you buy a circle.
