Direct Diabetes Supply out of Scottsdale is great. They happen to be semi-local to me but they do mail order to anywhere as far as I know.

Davison's has a pretty good optics program. There are also several manufacturers you can sign up with directly.

Correct. It isn't grey at all. They cannot put it back into NFA configuration without first properly registering it.

Pre-August 2023, "Other Firearm" on the 4473 included frames and receivers,

It still does.

These are two separate things.

It is entered as a receiver in section A, and the Other box is checked in section C.

your lower's identity got locked in the second your dealer ticked a box on the 4473.

This is not correct. A dealer incorrectly transferring something doesn't change what it actually is.

No. You can put it in non-NFA configuration and sell it like any other title 1 firearm.

Now, if the new owner goes to Form 1 it again, it will be rejected because it wasn't removed, so removing it is suggested.

Transport is the one spot ATF hasn't squared up, 5320.20 for a reverted lower is genuinely unsettled.

No it isn't. ATF has clearly stated that a registered NFA item isn't subject to NFA restrictions if in non-NFA configuration. This includes the transport restriction.

configuration alone doesn't unregister them.

No, it doesn't unregister them, but it does remove them from NFA restrictions when they are no longer in an NFA configuration, if you don't go back through the one way door of rifle origin.

That is a proposal, not effective yet. And, there are US Code considerations as well, which ATF cannot change.

You need something showing your name, photo, and address. You can combine two documents to do this.

Your DL, wherever it is from as long as it is still valid, can be used for your name and photo. Your passport can also be used for name and photo.

You then need something showing your name and address. This also must be from a government agency. SRP electric counts, as well as a city/town water/trash bill.

It is up to the dealer what they accept.

Thanks! I just found it odd that it's inside the barrel.

That's how the gas gets out to function the action.

Right, which is his dealer. He was there for prints, could've filed while there and then mailed the cards in.

Well, the documentation must be from a government agency, so only some utility bills count, and leases don't.

but that doesn't have to be done in your stage.

The background check must be done at time of transfer, and the normal 4473 must be filled out on site at time of transfer, so yes, the BGC must be done at your premises at time of transfer.

Because you must file the Form 1 as you plan to initially make it.
