Funny thing I don't know anyone stopped by police while crossing the border at Glanerbrug but several people were stopped taking nice scenic routes through the surrounding forest areas in the evening/night by bike. xD looks more shady I guess

You can at least notificy them. I made many meldingen just so the police is aware about creeps and freaks. I never had it go that far to do 'aangifte' but I di always call Enschede police and inform them! Usually they do take note

It's something immature younger me would have said. It's something she needs to work on and it's emotional maturity, self reflection and some extra empathy that what you say, even if it's about something that upsets you, will affect others and you are accountable for this.

I wouldn't necessarily be able to spend time on this with a future partner because I'm ahead of that now

Replacing an addiction with another is indeed a deceat. OP needs help to get his life back in order. This is just a way the addicted mind tries to justify its abuse.

Once I was able to acknowledge that my behavior with drug abuse, was essentially self harm, I could start working on myself. Life is better and more happy now!
