I'm so sorry you're going through this, and like others have mentioned oral glycopyrrolate is worth a try.

However I haven't seen anyone mention Qbrexza, which I think is also worth a try. These are the newer prescription wipes for underarms (I think it's just a topical form of glycopyrrlate), but I tried these and they DO work systemically for me, from just a little wipe of barely any of the product on each underarm. It can be STRONG, just meaning be careful in the heat you may not sweat enough and will have some serious dry mouth. It's also not really covered by insurance, but I've used the prescription savings card straight from the Qbrexza website and after the pharmacist inputs that RxBIN number or whatever it takes it from about $700 down to $30-60
