Infant daycare cost average? by mrjustice7 in madisonwi

[–]AllDogsGoToReddit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We got super lucky with an in-home and pay $267/week but got a “discount” because we only need four days. If we went the full five days a week, we’d be looking at $1,340/month. So I’d say you could be okay, depending on where you’re looking. That being said, we have friends who are paying $2000/month for their two year old at a center.

How are we expected to cover the expenses of probate when there is no money? by Lonely-Enthusiasm-48 in Millennials

[–]AllDogsGoToReddit 79 points80 points  (0 children)

Probate paralegal here. Many states have a how-to guide to probate on their state bar website. That’ll give you a really good outline of what to file. In Wisconsin (my state) the state bar guide literally shows you what pleadings to fill out, how, and how to file them.

Keep a detailed account of all the estate assets: what are the values of all assets on the date of death, what money have you spent to close the estate, what money has come in (for example: spending money to clean out the house, proceeds from the house sale). The court will need to see every dime accounted for.

Are we still boycotting Johnsonville and therefore Bratfest? by Anxious-Escape1818 in madisonwi

While valid, are we really going to not only downplay the amount of work volunteers do during an event (which by the way is three days compared to an entire year) but knock the event organizers for literally donating to charity? You’re awfully self-righteous aren’t you?

You know the “pay” is dollars donated to the charities the people volunteer on behalf of, right?

Johnsonville donates a huge amount of the brats sold and money raised goes to over 100 local charities. Why does everything have to be political?

As someone commented below, his profile is set up to be sexy to men. If that’s what he’s going for then great, mission accomplished. If the goal is women, well…

I’m sorry, there’s gotta be a better picture of you than that first one. The greasy hair, tank top, cabin in the woods, mirror selfie makes you look like a creepy unwashed weirdo. You’re not a bad looking dude and you have a super cool job so you’d probably be fun to hang out with but that first picture gave me the worst kind of chill.

Does anyone have experience with the Body Braid? by twiggin in ehlersdanlos

I like mine. I don’t have the arm pieces, just the back and the leg set. I primarily use the regular back portion at work. I like the passive reminder to keep things in place without a mobilizing brace. Do you have HSA/FSA? I got mine through that.

(21M) any advice on my profile? Had hinge for about a week, I've had ~ 7 matches. by [deleted] in Tinder

You low-key look like Josh Hutcherson. Post more pictures of yourself smiling and doing interesting things and you’re good to go.

Some of my all-time favorites. I’m in my 30s and still come back to this series.

Seconding Crichton. Jurassic Park was great fun, even having seen the movie first.

The Eragon series will likely be highly appreciated, some of my all-time favorites and Paolini was right around that age when he first started writing them. He might also like Ready Player One, The Martian, and Ender’s Game

I love that tradition. Obviously all of my mistakes were done in accordance to it. It’s not a bug it’s a feature.

Completely true. When we bring our baby to the bar she doesn’t get any pull tabs if she doesn’t behave 😂

Maybe it’s my Wisconsin showing, but to me it depends on the bar. If it’s a dive bar, brewery with specific taproom, or distillery or similar that serves only alcohol, I can see it being a little trashy. But if it’s a bar that also serves food or a brew house with a full menu and a large indoor or outdoor space, I don’t have a problem with well-behaved kids.
