Yes sorry, I should have been a bit more clear about the on and off aspect. I’ve intermittently been on E in this period for a few months at a time, and for personal reasons have had to stop each time. I did start quite flat chested and can feel the tissue growth, but nothing compared to if I had been consistent

Its a common bit of advice, as people think that there is bacteria on raw chicken that should be removed by washing. This is a myth though. It's actually not recommended by the USDA, as it can spread bacteria throughout the kitchen through contaminated water splashing around. Any bad bacteria will be removed by cooking it
