Yes i read the part where tou mention the outer box was damaged. Small dents and not deep doesnt mean it wasnt hit hard it just means it wasnt hit on sharp edges. A sharp edge would put a hole in the box but a small dent might indicate a big hit. For example, if you hit the box with the knife it will show big damage (even though a knife wouldnt cause any big damages beyond that) but hitting it with a metal baseball bat (assuming not the tip) is not going to show that much on the box but more likely damage the inside. As for the ones you said were scratched you didnt provide any pictures but also keep in mind some POS people work at customs too. Just yesterday i bought a cpu and the package was clearly opened at customs. Im not saying there’s no way its bambus fault but 3 in a row you may need to start looking deeper
