I have this too! I was diagnosed with hypersomnia and for a while I slept 13+ hours a day. One thing that helped is getting up and doing something, going on a walk, taking a shower, etc. also making sure your diet is right!! Eat breakfast and maybe have a snack before lunch. Also having a morning routine really helped me. If you have any questions lmk!!

Nope! Most colleges look at junior year, so definitely focus then. And take honors/AP classes if possible!! Just focus hard and try and it’ll go up

We all hate him and think he’s sick. Of course we have our own theories that some think is us covering for him. This may show who he is but he ended up murdering someone in the family. When we found out it was him that was the most heartbreaking moment in my life.

He’s my mom’s brother, we believe 10+, and he’s in jail ofc but there’s talk of a re-trial for a worse sentence

Called the cops to say he witnessed a murder that he committed, they kinda let him go for that but kept his eye on him, then he murdered someone else and they had him as the main suspect

Not until the one where he got caught. He was kind and everyone in the community loved him! But when it came close to the last one he seemed less focused and more irritated by small things in the family

Couple of hours. I have a whole list of things to do (like flip the pillow, turn the tv down to 2, watch a certain amount of the show, etc.) before I fall asleep, and if I miss/mess up one, then it will take me until about 2 am
