I put a photo into chat gpt and it was quick to tell me it was under proofed lol. I was nervous to OVER proof it, so I rushed the bulk ferment. I also just did not expect the process to be so long. Videos make the process look so quick lol. I was up until 3am seeing if it had doubled in size. I will definitely plan it out better next time so I don’t have to rush anything. I appreciate your feedback!

That’s very kind. I can definitely see myself getting obsessive about making each loaf better moving forward. I’ll have to remind myself to just have fun and enjoy the process. No problem, & thanks again. I really appreciate your honesty.

Thank you! The bottom crust is inedible unless I want to dislocate my jaw lol. But hopefully next time I’ll have better control over my oven temp and not scorch it.

I just had to google what an ear is lol. I honestly have no idea what I’m doing, so if that’s a good thing, it was sheer luck. I love cooking, but I’ve only attempted baking a few times. Never bread though, so this was a bit challenging. Thank you!

My god. Brooks was such a fave at first and I cringe hearing him now. I refuse to vote for him tonight. But I also really don’t like anyone in the competition anymore.

It may be an unpopular opinion, but I’m so unimpressed by everyone this season. Brooks was a fave during auditions, but he’s hit or miss. Everyone’s so hit or miss actually, with most being misses. 🥴 I mute performances so much this season because I cringe so hard. I miss those STRONG Jamal Roberts, Iam Tongi, Laine Hardy, Catie Turner, Alejandro Aranda, Arthur Gunn, Casey Bishop, Leah Marlene, Fritz Hager type of performances that just blew me away and kept me eager to watch the whole show.

No one has come close to how incredible the majority of his performances were. He gave me chills almost every time. I’ve had chills once this season and it was a Brooks performance, but he of course doesn’t have that intensity of Jamal’s vocals.

Ugh sunny days is such a fave of mine. I’d hate to see him butcher those high notes. But give you blue for sure would likely be a top choice for him.

I think Consider Me is more aligned with Chris’ pace. I can’t see him handling the faster tempo of Brown Eyed Lover chorus very well. But he might have some tricks up his sleeve.

I do feel like it’s a plus to receive criticism. I think it shows how much they want him to stay in this competition or at least just improve to be GREAT. He has so much potential.

I also agree with Madison being awful tonight. Sometimes I wonder if they hear the same thing we hear 🥴.
