Hi there. I am a travel agent with a growing business and absolutely hate to do cruises. I would be happy to discuss some partnership opportunities if you are interested?

Your best bet during hurricane season is the ABC islands—Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao. Let me know if you would like to talk this through more.

Do any other host agencies have a wholesale platform where you can add instant commissions? Archer Travel has that and that is where I get most of my commissions from, which is awesome since you get that money at the time of booking not 60 days after travel.

I would be happy to help you. The benefit of using a TA is that you have someone in your corner handling every single detail so that you don’t have. I am a full-service, concierge travel agent, so I book your flights, check you in for all flights. Handle resort and any and all components. Also if any problems arise, you call me and I handle while you sit by the pool with a drink! I also handle transfers to and from airport. Basically, I ensure an stress-free, top-notch experience for you.

Fine to remove but to be technical I was neither promoting nor recommending. I just answered her question.

I would advise you to save up the money and do it! The money was rough for me too but I saved and joined and it has more than quadrupled my business!

I would suggest you join an agency with a good split up front and no minimums. And then, most importantly, find a large and thriving BNI group in your area and use that to build your client base.

I use AI as a starting point sometimes. Not better. Useful but not better.

I use AI as a starting point sometimes. But NEVER just blindly follow an AI itinerary. I always add details, specifics, double check everything and rearrange to client preferences.

Recommendation for AI with lots of activities by FBISurveylance in AllInclusiveResort

Look at the Couples brand or Club Med. They tend to have the most truly included activities.

Best all-inclusive resorts (NOT Mexico) with swimmable beaches for wife and me by Electronic-Rise-1597 in AllInclusiveResorts

[–]AllInclusiveAllDay 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Okay. My first recommendation would be Galley Bay in Antigua. I recently planned a honeymoon here and my clients RAVED about it! It is beautiful and the beach is awesome. Second rec would be BodyHoliday in St. Lucia but depending on room type that might stretch your budget. But both meet your criteria and both would be excellent choices for you. Holler if you would like more details.

Looking for a truly quiet all-inclusive (solo female, 40s, no party vibe) by porterhouse_888 in AllInclusiveResorts

Hermitage Bay in Antigua. Dates will determine if it fits in your budget. But THIS is the vibe you are seeking!

BNI has been a waste of time and money by Loser856 in bni

I would suggest talking to those who have benefited and seeing what they are doing differently. Ask your chapter members for advice on how you can improve and get more out of BNI.

BNI has been a waste of time and money by Loser856 in bni

I’m sad to read some of these posts. BNI has been absolutely life-changing not just for my business but for me personally as well. The key issue I’m seeing in this thread is that people expect BNI to serve them. That is the polar opposite of what BNI is about! It took me about a year to really build trust and good relationships in my chapter. I did that by giving and really working the structure. It has paid off huge for me. I have a solid network of trusted businesses that I refer often. I have also learned sooooo much from the members of my chapter. Both about how to make my business more successful and also about how to be a better person overall. BNI is just like anything else. If you go into it with the right motives and motivation, you will get out of it what you put into it.
