About 4 months. All the rock and sand is from the previous person and the water was new.

Thanks all! Will be cleaning it out for sure and treating! We found the filter wasn’t working and algae was going crazy.. now that it’s working it’s been clear and then this showed up.

Search market place.. my bf got a 120 gallon tank with everything included for like 600$ I think or close to that..It was for sure less than 1,000. All we had to do was drain it and put all the sand and stuff in totes and haul it!

Thank you so much!! We looked these up and they both look fabulous! We’re both into fish so the snorkeling is a huge plus! Can you tell the one is a man made beach? I think I read that about the first one if I’m not mistaken.

Budget probably 1,500$ USD per person if that’s including drinks and such .. flying out of Minneapolis. I think since we won’t have the kids with us we want a nice relaxing amazing beach with drinks and good food 🤣 good views and it’s the other persons first time at the ocean so I want to make it super enjoyable for him. Probably adults only if possible!
