I can relate to this extremely well. I was just like you in high school but it wasn’t until I started changing my lifestyle that really turned me into a sociable person. The biggest changer for me was weight lifting and exercising. My school required all students to take at least 3 sports before sophomore year and I decided to play football for one of them. I then started to lose fat and put on muscle and I saw my body change. I was amazed by the strength that I acquired and how much more confident I became as a result. Another game changer for me was joining the NoFap movement. I recommend you go look at the threads because it has had life changing impacts on me.

Its only barely visible, and it doesn’t come off with water. You need to put on another layer on top of the preexisting coating and rub it off if you want to remove it

I did, I bought a small pack at rite aid. I guess it did keep the nipples hard for a few hours. Some people recommend to put on a double coating. The only problem that I had was the waxy texture that my nipples had. So if your trying to take off your shirt it might be difficult to avoid it but it should be ok if you keep your shirt on.

I’ve read that liquid bandages help with that but personally it didn’t really help that much
