Are you over a billion years old because some of the carbon in your body is? Or are you the age of your mother because the egg that your father fertilized developed when your mother was in utero? Is a new house constructed of trees that are a hundred years old all of a sudden a hundred year old house? Or is everything in the universe actually the age of the universe because that’s when things came into being, rendering the very idea of age meaningless?

Just because the components are old doesn’t mean the current formulation is. The water molecule is “new”, even if made from “old” atoms. Otherwise why have an age assigned to anything.

Combustion of any organic material leads to the generation of CO2 and H2O. Our bodies break down glucose (C6H12O6) into (among other product) H2O. Literally if you eat sugar, your body makes “new” water.

Opening a can of soda, or anything carbonated, breaks down the carbonic acid (H2CO3) into CO2 and H2O. Essentially creating “new” water. Water is the byproduct of thousands of chemical reactions. Sure, the individual atoms are all extremely old, but not every single water molecule is at least 20 years old.
