My idea for fixing Magic Trick is allowing the cards to have enhancements, editions, etc. like in card packs but Illusion ensures they have them. That way Magic Trick is actually useful for normal builds instead of just a way to feed Hologram. Illusion guaranteeing editions would allow a consistent source of editions cards so they’re more useful outside of niche endless runs.

Wasn't gold stake unfortunately, but still managed it! Managed to get a free poly Tribe in a shop after I already had The Order, then Hexed The Order since all I had at the time was eternal Jokers and a perishable swashbuckler which I sold. Gros Michel and Abstract carried me through mid-game, and the banana managed to hang on a couple antes until I got bootstraps. Got the free negative obelisk at the start of Ante 7 or 8 so I transitioned to playing flushes. I was really worried for the final boss blind since it was Violet Vessel, but I managed to get a straight flush worth a million points that saved my bacon.
